- Do I have to sign a contract? We have a rental agreement for the first month, renewable on month to month basis by paying rent.
- What is the difference between office hours and gate hours? Office hours are hours when a facility manager is available to assist you (Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 2pm). Gate hours are hours you will have access to your unit using your personal gate access code (7am – 9pm daily).
- What is a drive up unit? This is a unit that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
- What is a roll-up door? We have roller garage style doors that you simply roll up to enter.
- When can I get my belongings? As our tenant, you will have access to your unit 7 days a week during normal gate hours using your personal gate access code. 7am – 9pm daily.
- Do I provide my own lock? Yes, but you can purchase a new lock at our facility. We highly recommend a lock to provide you the highest level of security.
- How do I get inside the gate? Our facilities have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a tenant with their own assigned security code.
- Do you have security cameras? Our facilities do have surveillance cameras.
- Do you prorate my move out? Monthly billing is done on the anniversary of your move-in date. Yes we do prorate so you only pay for the time you occupy the unit.
- What is an on-site manager? On-site managers live on the facility grounds and ensure our facilities are safe and secure.
- Can I store a Car/RV/Camper/Boat/Motorcycle?
- We offer storage of vehicles depending on location and size of the vehicle. Please contact us for details.
- How can I make payments?
- Payments are processed in person, auto payments or by mail. You may also arrange to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard
- What are the terms and conditions of this website? We make no warranties on this site and its terms are subject to change at any point in time. We are not responsible for technical difficulties of any sort including a network failure or delayed connection.
- Do we need insurance? Most household insurance will cover goods while in our facility if notified prior to storage. Commercial tenants would need to talk to their insurer.
